Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to our spaces and smooth operations, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings with Innovate Central.

Meeting and Coworking spaces
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the booking: Full refund minus the booking fee or full credit.
- Cancellations 7–3 days before the booking: 50% refund minus the booking fee, or 50% credit.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking: No refund. Full amount is payable.
- If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund minus the booking fee, or full credit.
Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the booking.
Rescheduling within 72 hours is treated as a cancellation and standard fees apply.

Private Offices and Coworking memberships
- Require one months notice.

Exceptions
We understand unexpected events occur. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, emergency situations), we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
